What counts as a record?
Contacts and objects both count. Your customers, orders and products can all contribute to the total. Above the included allowance, each additional 1,000 records costs $7/month on monthly billing.
Sending and writing are separate.
The email allowance covers delivery. Additional delivery costs $0.12 per 1,000 emails. Agent work, generated copy and other AI operations consume credits. The calculator shows your recurring subscription, not a forecast of AI spend.
How annual billing works
